Ann Molloy founded Encompass Resolution LLC in 2007 after 15 years in the field of employment law with the dual purpose of focusing her practice on preventative measures and providing cost-effective solutions to her clients.

Ann's qualifications include service at the EEOC and in both plaintiff and defense practice, making her uniquely qualified to conduct investigations, training and mediations.
Experience Prior to forming Encompass Resolution, Ann was of counsel with HROI, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the law firm Lathrop & Gage L.C. (now Lathrop GPM) where she focused her practice on conducting independent investigations, representing employers in harassment, discrimination and other serious employee complaints, and developing and conducting both management and non-supervisory training modules.
Before that, Ann was an attorney with Davis Ketchmark and McCreight (now Ketchmark and McCreight P.C.), a prominent plaintiff practice where she represented individuals in employment related matters in federal and state court and before local, state and federal agencies for seven years.
Before entering into private practice, Ann was a Senior Investigator with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). While there, she was responsible for evaluating and screening Commission intake of cases, guiding the investigation of highly complex charges, negotiating for appropriate relief through alternative dispute resolution, and recommending Commission-initiated litigation. She also provided training and served in leadership roles on a number of District-wide committees charged with improving EEOC procedures and resolving labor-management conflict.
In addition to her focus on preventive measures and effective conflict resolution, Ann has testified as an expert witness in Federal Court on the topics of effective harassment policies and reporting mechanism deficiencies and has served as a consulting expert for law firms engaged in litigation.
